There are two factors that affect the regulation of products that contain CBD. The first is whether or not the CBD product contains THC. The second is how the product is used. To help first time customers understand why our products are legal in all 50 states, this article will cover the basics of CBD regulations.
What makes Releve products different than other CBD brands is we use CBD isolate which contains no THC. While there are forms of CBD that do contain THC, often referred to as "Delta-8" or "Full Spectrum" products, CBD isolate has all the THC distilled from it. We use CBD isolate in all products that have CBD listed in the ingredients, which do not have the "high" effect that occurs when using products that contain THC. Only products that contain THC are regulated at the date of this article.
All regulations around CBD products apply to products that are taken orally. Releve products are all applied through topical means, which means there are no prohibitions on using products that contain CBD isolate at this time.
